Many pet owners have had this question: Why will my dog beds get lumpy after using them for a time?
This is a very typical problem in living products containing the poly-fiber filling.

The poly filling is in a hollow structure with huge gaps between the fibers. Compressing it over time causes these fibers to cuddle together and form so-called (stuffing)clumps.
In some situations, it can be an advantage. For example, compressing the polyester fibers tightly during transport can help save on shipping costs.
While stuffing, the powerful cotton stuffing machine works efficiently at distributing polyfiber to create a fluffy and loose state.
